Manx2 doesn’t offer refunds - once a booking has been made we will not refund the price of your ticket, unless your flight is cancelled or significantly rescheduled (by more than 3 hours) by us, before the day of travel.
You may make changes to your itinerary, or to the passengers named on the booking – see below for details.
In the event of a bereavement of an immediate family member (mother, father, brother, sister, grandparent or child) within fourteen days of travel we will, at the discretion of the Company, make a refund upon application to our Head Office at Isle of Man Airport.

Please note an administration fee of £15.00 per person per single journey applies to all refund requests.
Passengers are strongly advised to ensure they have comprehensive travel insurance, which covers them for the full costs of delays, and cancellations as fog and mist occur frequently in this region.
Up to 2 hours before departure you may change the time of your flight, for a fee of £25 per passenger per flight. This can be done either online (before the day of travel only) or by calling our reservations centre on 0871 200 0440. Holders of “Manx Gold” tickets may make changes for free (see below for details).
Should you change your flight date, Manx2 will also charge the difference between the fare already paid and the lowest fare available at the time the change is made.
Passenger name changes
Up to 2 hours before departure you may change the passenger details on your booking, for a fee of £35 per passenger per flight. This can only be done by calling our reservations centre on 0871 200 0440. Holders of “Manx Gold” tickets may make changes for free

Manx2 will never issue any conventional flight tickets. That means you’ve no tickets to worry about or lose so simply check in with your E-Ticket reference number and valid photographic identification.
Manx2 operates a tiered pricing structure, similar to low cost regional airlines. Seats are sold on a first come first served basis with all prices quoted subject to availability. In order to take advantage of our low fares we recommend booking online.
When quoting for group bookings Manx2 takes into account all available seats at all available fares classes. We may give an extra discount for group reservations depending on group size.
