We do not guarantee to provide any particular seat in the aircraft and you agree to accept any seat that may be allotted or is otherwise made available on the flight. We reserve the right to assign or reassign seats at any time, even after boarding of the aircraft. This may be necessary for operational, safety or security reasons. Because safety is our main priority, there are some seats adjacent to the emergency exits that are not suitable for all passengers.
These seats are only suitable for use by able-bodied adults as you may be required to assist the crew in the highly unlikely event of an emergency. Passengers may only sit in one of these restricted seats at the discretion of our cabin staff. Please assist us to board the aircraft as quickly as possible, and therefore depart on time, by not sitting in one of these seats if you do not meet the above criteria, or you are traveling with infants or children.
