Manx2 has a dedicated Groups Reservations Team to help you with travel arrangements for parties of nine or more. One of our experienced agents will look after your booking from start to finish. Here we will try our best to search for the lowest Manx2 deals available for your group to any one of our exciting city destinations.

Booking procedure

Please email a booking request to groups@manx2.com and don't forget to include the route, possible flight numbers or times, travel dates and the number of passengers. After receiving your request, the group desk will send you the quotation within 48 hours, subject to availability.

Payment methods

For all bookings made more than 3 months in advance, only a 50% deposit is required to reserve your seats. The final balance is due 3 months before departure. For Bookings made within 3 months of departure, full payment is required at the time of booking. Payment may be made by Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Solo or American Express.

Name list

We understand how difficult it is to provide a full name list for everyone in your party, which is why we're flexible. All group bookings are entitled to an open-name booking where we will substitute your names in the booking until you have a final list, up to one month before departure. Names must be submitted to Manx2 no less than one month before departure, and please note all changes there after are subject to our standard terms and conditions.

Always ensure you receive a final confirmation email, including the name list, before you travel. If you don't receive one, please request a new confirmation using our online facility, or call us on 0871 200 0440 and we will be more than happy to provide a replacement.

Due to the size of our aircraft, we strongly recommend booking as early as possible in order for us to offer you the best deal.

What are the benefits of making a group booking?

• Guaranteed fare quote within 48 hours if not sooner
• For all bookings made more than 3 months in advance, only a deposit of 50% is required to reserve your seats. The final balance is due 3 months before departure. For bookings made closer than 3 months before departure, the full amount is due at the time of booking.
• Confirmation of final passenger names is not required until one month before departure - up until then, you can change names as much as possible. After this, the standard fee per booking will be charged.
• Changes to bookings are permitted more than one month is advance subject to availability, and may incur an additional cost if there is a difference in fare.
